About

From a 30 m² workshop to 2,400 m² of floor

KFlexiTrack is the conveyor-systems brand engineered by a team that has been building precision industrial machinery since 2006.

What began as a rented 30 m² workshop repairing electrical and pneumatic tools has grown, step by step, into a full manufacturing operation — pneumatic and air-piping systems, pharmaceutical equipment fabrication, special-purpose machines and, from 2012, conveyors. In 2025 that experience was distilled into the FlexiTrack modular conveyor platform. Today, with 18+ years of engineering behind it, 500+ installations in the field, 72 people and roughly 2,400 m² across three certified facilities in Goa, KFlexiTrack designs and builds every system in-house — to spec, and to standard.

Purpose

Why the company exists

Mission

To deliver engineered excellence with integrity and innovation — designing and manufacturing reliable conveyor systems that measurably improve productivity for every customer we serve.

Vision

To be the most trusted authority in conveyor system design and manufacturing across the Indian subcontinent, continually advancing modular automation and setting the benchmark for quality, durability and partnership.

Principles

Four rules the work is held to

01

Engineered to spec

Every line is designed to the application, not forced from a catalogue.

02

Built in-house

Design, CNC fabrication, assembly and QA under one roof for full control.

03

Integrity & partnership

Honest engineering and after-sales support that lasts the machine’s life.

04

Quality without compromise

ISO 9001:2015 systems, SS 304/316 builds, dedicated testing before dispatch.

Capability

Cut, formed, machined, welded and tested in-house

Six processes we run ourselves. A change to the drawing reaches the machine the same week, because there is nobody in between.

02

CNC bending

03

Vertical machining (VMC)

Including 4-axis work for rollers, mounts and precision parts.

Scope of supply

What we take on

Four stages, all of them ours. Nothing on the critical path is subcontracted.

  • 01

    Design & engineering

Application study, layout, GA drawings and 3D CAD — signed off before a single sheet is cut.

  • 02

    Fabrication

CNC laser cutting, press-brake bending, VMC machining and laser welding in SS 304, SS 316 and MS.

  • 03

    Installation & commissioning

Site erection, alignment, electrical integration and line hand-over with operator training.

  • 04

    After-sales support

Spares, preventive maintenance schedules and retrofit upgrades for the life of the machine.

Milestones

How the floor grew

  1. Founded in a rented 30 m² space, repairing and selling electrical and pneumatic tools.

  2. Moved into pneumatic solutions and project installation, with two employees.

  3. Entered pharmaceutical equipment fabrication; 60 units supplied that year.

  4. Began conveyor manufacturing — 15 conveyors supplied.

  5. Started special-purpose machine (SPM) manufacturing.

  6. First 600 m² factory acquired; the team reached 35 people.

  7. Achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification.

  8. Exhibited at the Vibrant Goa Global Expo.

  9. Added a second 600 m² manufacturing facility.

  10. Laser welding brought in-house; exhibited at Amptech India Goa Pharma & Lab Expo.

  11. Inaugurated a 1,200 m² factory, developed the check-weigher, and supplied 1,140 units.

  12. Launched the FlexiTrack modular conveyor platform — the core of KFlexiTrack.

Pandurang Patil

Founder & CEO

The business has been owner-run since 2006, from the first 30 m² workshop to the three factories it runs now. Design, fabrication, assembly and commissioning all answer to the same office — so the person who signs the drawing is the person who answers for the machine.
