Privacy notice
What we collect when you contact us, why we hold it, and how to have it removed. It is short because we collect very little.

Who we are
KFlexiTrack Conveyor Systems, trading as KFlexiTrack, designs and manufactures conveyor systems and special-purpose machines at Shed D3-14, Bethora Industrial Estate, Bethora, Ponda, Goa 403409, India. This notice covers information collected through this website and through the sales and engineering desk behind it.
What we collect
- Enquiry form. Your name, company, work email, phone number, the industry and conveyor family you select, and whatever you write in the notes field.
- Catalogue and drawing requests. The email address the request comes from, and anything you include in the message.
- Direct contact. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep your contact details and the substance of the exchange so that whoever picks the enquiry up next has the context.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data — IP address, browser, pages requested and the time — for security and diagnostics. It is not used to build a profile of you.
We do not ask for anything a business enquiry does not need. Please do not send financial, health or identity-document information through this form.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising, retargeting or profiling trackers. Nothing on it follows you to another site.
Why we hold it
To answer the enquiry: to study the application, prepare a layout, quote it, raise the order if it becomes one, and support the equipment afterwards. That is the whole purpose. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we rely on the consent you give when you tick the box on the enquiry form or write to us directly.
Who sees it
The engineering and sales team here, and nobody else — except where answering the enquiry requires it. That means a courier carrying a sample, or a sub-supplier quoting a bought-out component such as a gear-motor or a belt, and then only the part of the information they need to do that job.
We do not sell contact details. We do not rent, trade or pass them to advertisers or list brokers. Asking us for a quotation does not put you on a marketing list.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that become orders. Held for the working life of the equipment, so we can identify parts and drawings years later, and for as long as tax, company and warranty obligations require.
- Enquiries that do not become orders. Reviewed and deleted after twenty-four months.
- Server logs. Kept for the short retention period set by our hosting provider, then discarded.
Asking us to delete your details
Email sales@kflexitrack.com from the address you wrote to us from, with Data deletion in the subject line. You can also ask us to tell you what we hold, or to correct anything that is wrong.
We act on deletion requests within thirty days and confirm by reply. The one exception is a record we are legally obliged to keep — a tax invoice, for example — which stays until that obligation ends.
Security
Enquiry data lives in our email and quotation systems and is reachable only by the people who need it to do the work. This site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfect, so we keep the surface small: we do not store payment card details at all.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Anything material — a new processor, a new category of data — will be described here rather than folded quietly into the text.
