The Check Weigher Conveyor is an integrated in-line system that automatically weighs products during production or packaging by combining a conveyor belt with a highly sensitive weighing scale. It verifies that each item meets its target weight specification and automatically rejects non-conforming products via a pneumatic rejection system, without slowing down the production line. Built in SS 304/316 with a PU belt, it captures and stores weight data for quality assurance and integrates easily with existing automation systems.
