Special-purpose machines

Machines built to order, around the line

Nothing here comes off a shelf. Feeders, elevators, collators, washers, leak testers, inspection and labelling cells are each drawn against one product, one rate and one floor plan — then cut, welded and run-in at Bethora before they ship. Twenty machine types, in four groups.

Services

Drawn, built, installed and supported by the same team

A special-purpose machine is only as good as the engineering around it. All four stages are ours — nothing is subcontracted.

On the line

Every machine here mounts to a KFlexiTrack line

The machine and the conveyor are specified on the same drawing. Transfer heights, guarding, belt type and the control interface are settled before fabrication starts, so the line is commissioned as one system rather than assembled from two.
